FL Star is a multi-faceted real estate firm operating throughout Southwest Florida. The firm is involved in the planning, construction, development, management and investment facets of residential and commercial projects. Responsible for the construction of Botanika, Gary Hains is a Principal of FL Star and serves as Vice President of the company. Gary is a Naples resident and has previously held senior management positions at Toll Brothers with responsibility for construction, development, acquisitions and financial analysis for both single-family and multi-family projects. Hains is a Graduate of Brown University and the London School of Economics.
Grady Minor has been involved with the Bonita Fairways development since its inception and oversees many aspects of Botanika. Established in 1981, the company has had a tremendous impact on the growth of Southwest Florida from offices in both Bonita Springs and Fort Myers.
Gail Rowland of G. Rowland Interiors has created stylish and timeless interiors for 25 years, having most recently worked with Clive Daniel in Naples. Gail has been instrumental in the selection of the finishes at Botanika and is available for more advanced services with future residents.
